Primeadine Original

Starting out

Your body is intelligent. We recommend introducing Primeadine Original gradually over three days, giving your digestive system time to settle in beautifully.

Day 1: 1 capsule with water at your first or last meal Day 2: 2 capsules with water at your first or last meal Day 3: 3 capsules with water at your first or last meal

Once well tolerated, continue at 3 capsules daily.

Your daily rhythm

3 capsules per day, taken with water alongside your first or last meal.

Morning use extends the cellular renewal already underway during your overnight fast. Evening use supports that same renewal process as you sleep. For sleep benefits specifically, we recommend your evening meal as the ideal moment.

2 tablets per day, taken with water at your first or last meal. The same principle applies: morning supports your overnight fast, evening supports cellular renewal before sleep.

Prefer to mix things up? The tablets can be ground with a pestle and mortar and stirred into smoothies or shakes.

Primeadine Original Powder

Your daily ritual

Add 1 g (roughly half a level teaspoon) of Primeadine Original Powder to any food or drink below 104°F (40°C). Water, juice, a morning smoothie, an acai bowl, oatmeal, yogurt. It's wonderfully versatile.

The powder is finely milled, similar to matcha. A matcha whisk makes blending effortless. Be sure to reseal the pouch after each use to preserve its purity and potency.

A note on dosage

The US FDA has not established a safe upper limit for food-derived spermidine. The European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) considers daily intakes of up to 6 mg to be safe.

Most human studies are conducted at around 1 mg per day of food-derived spermidine, alongside naturally occurring polyamines such as spermine and putrescine. These are absent in synthetic versions, which have not been tested for long-term human safety or efficacy. Primeadine is food-derived. That distinction matters.

If you haven't noticed benefits after approximately 18 weeks at 1 mg daily, you may choose to experiment with a slightly higher dose, remaining within the 6 mg EFSA threshold.
