Iced Autophagy Coffee, Upgraded with Primeadine
Why not take your morning routine to a higher level of cellular cleaning this summer by having an iced autophagy coffee with some Primeadine Original spermidine powder sprinkled on top for extra flavor? Coffee, when taken in a fasted state, continues the work of autophagy, but you can still trigger autophagy any time of day with some Primeadine Original added in.
There are many options, but as always, nothing beats a homemade version of iced coffee.
Recipe:

1 cup coffee, room temperature

Primeadine Original, 1-3 capsules

2 Tbsp coconut or almond milk or 1 Tbsp MCT powdered creamer
Directions:
1. Pour coffee in a cup, add milk or MCT creamer, open and add contents of Primeadine Original spermidine capsules.
2. Stir vigorously.
3. Pour coffee over ice in a tall glass.
4. Stay cool and enjoy the autophagy!
Brew your coffee half an hour before making the iced coffee to let it come to room temperature.
Always add Primeadine powder after you have cooled your coffee to below 40 C or 104 F (by comparison boiling point is 212 F) to maintain potency. If you’d like a hint of sweetness, you can try a sugar such as coconut blossom or lower glycemic index options such as maple syrup, honey or molasses or alternatives such as monk fruit or erythritol that mix easily in room temperature drinks.
