Salmon MIso Salad Longevity Recipe

Our longevity-promoting Salmon Miso Salad is a unique recipe rich in omega-3 fatty acids for heart health, protein for muscle strength, probiotics for digestive wellness, and astaxanthin and Primeadine® spermidine for longevity!

Ingredients:

  • 2 wild salmon salmon fillets
  • 100g edamame soybeans
  • 115g watercress
  • 100g radishes, finely sliced
  • 80g trimmed sugar snap peas
  • 2 salad onions, finely sliced

    For the dressing:

    • 1 tbsp white miso paste
    • Juice of 1/2 a tangerine
    • 2 tbsp avocado or olive oil
    • 1 tsp Primeadine® Original spermidine powder
    • 1 tsp maple syrup
    • 2 tbsp vinegar of choice (ACV/ Japanese rice vinegar)

      Instructions:

      1. In a small bowl, whisk together the white miso paste, tangerine juice, oil, maple syrup, Primeadine®, and vinegar to make the dressing.
      2. Layer your plate with watercress, scallions, sugar snap peas, edamame beans, and sliced radishes
      3. Top your plate with baked salmon
      4. Drizzle the miso dressing over the salad and enjoy!
