Independently tested for purity: Primeadine Original Capsules (90 capsules), lot T-507, were tested by Delta Labs of South Florida under Amazon's third-party seller testing program.

Heavy metals: arsenic, lead, mercury, and cadmium all came back below the finished-product specification limits.

Microbiological safety: total aerobic plate count came in under 10 CFU per gram, against a limit of 10,000. Yeast and mold count came in under 10 CFU per gram, against a limit of 1,000. Salmonella, Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa all tested negative.

Independently tested for purity: Every batch of Primeadine Original Powder is tested by Japan Food Research Laboratories, a laboratory accredited by the Japanese government, based in Shibuya-ku, Tokyo. These results come from report No. 26053672001-0101, sampled 4 June 2026 and issued 18 June 2026.

Spermidine content: 130 mg per 100g. Spermine: 35 mg per 100g. Putrescine: 21 mg per 100g.

Heavy metals: arsenic, lead, cadmium, and mercury were all not detected.

Microbiological safety: aerobic plate count came in at not more than 300 per gram. Coliform bacteria, mold, yeast, coagulase-positive staphylococci, and salmonella all tested negative.

The raw Primeadine extract used in this product (Lot R-522) is separately certified for purity, meeting specification for polyamine content, heavy metals, and microbiological quality, with a three-year guarantee period when sealed and stored in a cool, dry, dark place.

Independently tested for purity: Every batch of Primeadine GF Tablets (Chlorella, Shikuwasa, and Turmeric) is tested by Japan Food Research Laboratories. These results come from Lot No. S32066, sampled 12 June 2026 and issued 2 July 2026 under report No. 26035436001-0101.

Spermidine content: 130 mg per 100g. Putrescine: 63 mg per 100g. Spermine was not detected.

Heavy metals: lead and mercury were not detected. Arsenic came back at 0.2 ppm, above the lab's 0.05 ppm detection limit. Cadmium came back at 0.01 ppm, at the lab's detection limit.

Iron: 24.0 mg per 100g. Vitamin D, Vitamin K, folic acid, pantothenic acid, biotin, and lutein were also tested.

Microbiological safety: aerobic plate count came in at not more than 300 per gram. Escherichia coli, mold, yeast, coagulase-positive staphylococci, and salmonella all tested negative.

Gluten content: tested separately by Delta Labs of South Florida using an ELISA assay, gluten came back below 20 ppm, meeting the threshold for a gluten-free claim under UK and EU food law.

Manufacturer's gluten-free statement: Primeadine GF Tablets are manufactured by Okinawa Ukondo Co., Ltd. at its facility in Ginowan-shi, Okinawa, Japan. The manufacturer has confirmed, in a signed statement dated 9 September 2026, that no gluten-containing ingredients are intentionally added, that the products are made in a gluten-free production area, and that procedures are in place to control and prevent cross-contact with gluten-containing materials. This statement is issued by the manufacturer and does not by itself constitute third-party gluten-free certification.

Primeadine GF Powder

Quality control: Chlorella, Shikuwasa, and Turmeric Granules, Lot S30901, produced 8 September 2025 and examined 9 September 2025. Standard plate count came in at 300 per gram or less, against a limit of 3,000. Coliform bacteria tested negative. Moisture content measured 6.2 percent, against a limit of 10 percent. Water activity measured 0.19aw, against a limit of 0.65aw.

The Chlorella used in this product has also been tested by Eurofins Food Testing UK. That sample measured 1,300 mg per kg of spermidine, equivalent to 130 mg per 100g, and 452 mg per kg of putrescine. Spermine, histamine, cadaverine, tyramine, and 2-phenylethylamine all came back below the laboratory's limit of quantification.
