We ship from Primeadine Original from a Canadian warehouse. If you purchase Primeadine GF tablets, Primeadine GF Powder or Primeadine Original Powder these will be shipped from the US and will incur customs and tax duties.

Average Transit Times:

United Kingdom - Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days

United States - Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

Europe - Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days. This may vary depending on the EU country you live in.

Canada – Primeadine Original - Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

Canada – Primeadine GF & Primeadine Powder - International Standard Shipping: 7-30 business days (customs & taxes may apply)

Please note: Shipping times refer to when the shipment has left our facility and is in the hands of the carrier. All orders once placed, have a processing time that will depend on the time zone they are being fulfilled from but is roughly 1-2 business days.

Carrier delays can occur without warning. During peak shipping times (Thanksgiving through Christmas), deliveries can take an extra 2 business days to arrive.

Carrier Selection:

We use a third-party fulfillment partner that has its own in-house algorithm to determine the best carrier for you at the time of shipping.

Customs and Tax Duties:

We do not cover the cost of customs and tax duties. If you have any questions regarding customs and tax duties in your country, please contact support@oxfordhealthspan.com. 

We ship from Primeadine Original from a Canadian warehouse. If you purchase Primeadine GF tablets, Primeadine GF Powder or Primeadine Original Powder these will be shipped from the US and will incur customs and tax duties.

Returns & Refunds:

Please contact support@oxfordhealthspan.com within 14 days of receiving your order if you would like to initiate a return.

Please note that returned bottles must be unopened and sealed. These will be inspected at our warehouse to ensure they are in pristine condition before refunding. There is also a $20 restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund amount. We will only honor one return per household.

In addition, Primeadine Original and GF Powders are non-refundable.
