Average Transit Times:
United Kingdom - Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days
United States - Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
Europe - Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days. This may vary depending on the EU country you live in.
Canada – Primeadine Original - Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
Canada – Primeadine GF & Primeadine Powder - International Standard Shipping: 7-30 business days (customs & taxes may apply)
Please note: Shipping times refer to when the shipment has left our facility and is in the hands of the carrier. All orders once placed, have a processing time that will depend on the time zone they are being fulfilled from but is roughly 1-2 business days.
Carrier delays can occur without warning. During peak shipping times (Thanksgiving through Christmas), deliveries can take an extra 2 business days to arrive.
Carrier Selection:
We use a third-party fulfillment partner that has its own in-house algorithm to determine the best carrier for you at the time of shipping.
Customs and Tax Duties:
We do not cover the cost of customs and tax duties. If you have any questions regarding customs and tax duties in your country, please contact support@oxfordhealthspan.com.
Returns & Refunds:
Please contact support@oxfordhealthspan.com within 14 days of receiving your order if you would like to initiate a return.
Please note that returned bottles must be unopened and sealed. These will be inspected at our warehouse to ensure they are in pristine condition before refunding. There is also a $20 restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund amount. We will only honor one return per household.
In addition, Primeadine Original Powder is non-refundable.
