Chocolate Jam Bites Recipe with a Primeadine Boost | Oxford Healthspan

Indulge in a treat that not only satisfies your sweet tooth, but also nourishes your body from the inside out!

These deliciously refreshing chocolate berry bites are packed with Primeadine's food-derived spermidine, an essential polyamine that activates your body's cellular renewal process and slows the hallmarks of aging (the paths through which your body ages)…Who knew a tasty treat could do so much good? 

Ingredients:

Gluten free / Paleo / Vegan 

  • 2 cups of fresh or frozen berries

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

  • 2 bars of dark chocolate

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

  • Shredded coconut (for topping)

  • 4 capsules of Primeadine Original, or crush 4 tablets of Primeadine GF with a pestle and mortar

Steps:

  1. Crush the berries with a masher and mix in chia seeds, honey or maple syrup, and Primeadine until well combined.

  2. Shape the mixture into bite-sized balls on a sheet of parchment paper and freeze for 2-4 hours or until solid.

  3. Melt the dark chocolate with coconut oil.

  4. Dip the frozen berry balls into the melted chocolate and top with shredded coconut.

  5. Place the chocolate-covered berries in the fridge to solidify, then enjoy!
