Our longevity-promoting Salmon Miso Salad is a unique recipe rich in omega-3 fatty acids for heart health, protein for muscle strength, probiotics for digestive wellness, and astaxanthin and Primeadine® spermidine for longevity!
Ingredients:
- 2 wild salmon salmon fillets
- 100g edamame soybeans
- 115g watercress
- 100g radishes, finely sliced
- 80g trimmed sugar snap peas
- 2 salad onions, finely sliced
For the dressing:
- 1 tbsp white miso paste
- Juice of 1/2 a tangerine
- 2 tbsp avocado or olive oil
- 1 tsp Primeadine® Original spermidine powder
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp vinegar of choice (ACV/ Japanese rice vinegar)
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, whisk together the white miso paste, tangerine juice, oil, maple syrup, Primeadine®, and vinegar to make the dressing.
- Layer your plate with watercress, scallions, sugar snap peas, edamame beans, and sliced radishes
- Top your plate with baked salmon
- Drizzle the miso dressing over the salad and enjoy!
