Are you looking for a spermidine-rich holiday party dish to gift your guests? This delectable pâté recipe combines a variety of nutrient-rich ingredients to create a flavorful and healthful spread.
Chicken liver, the star of the dish, provides high-quality protein, iron, vitamin B12, and, of, course, spermidine - all of which are essential for energy production and healthy cellular function.
The purple onion and garlic add not only depth of flavor but also potential immune-boosting and anti-inflammatory benefits. Coconut oil offers easily digestible medium-chain fatty acids, while the fresh herbs contribute antioxidants and traditional medicinal properties. A touch of anchovies brings omega-3 fatty acids and umami flavor, and the port wine adds a subtle sweetness along with potential antioxidants from grapes.
This combination results in a nutrient-dense pâté that's as nourishing as it is delicious, offering a range of potential health benefits in every bite.
