Primeadine Vanilla Berry Smoothie Recipe For Longevity

Even though autumn is officially here, the weather still has us reaching for something refreshing. This creamy berry smoothie is not just delicious; it's longevity and healthspan-promoting, blood sugar-friendly and contains both probiotics from the Greek yoghurt and prebiotics from Primeadine Original powder!

Ingredients:

• 1 cup of frozen berries

• 2 1/2 cups of Greek yogurt

• A serving of collagen

• 1 tsp of Primeadine Original powder

• 1 tsp of vanilla paste/vanilla extract

• 1 tsp of maple syrup (optional)

•1/2 cup of milk of your choice

Add all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth, and voilà! You have a delicious and blood sugar-friendly Vanilla Berry Primeadine Smoothie to beat the autumn heat.
