Ingredients:
• 1 cup of frozen berries
• 2 1/2 cups of Greek yogurt
• A serving of collagen
• 1 tsp of Primeadine Original powder
• 1 tsp of vanilla paste/vanilla extract
• 1 tsp of maple syrup (optional)
•1/2 cup of milk of your choice
