Chocolate Chia Pudding with Added Spermidine | Oxford Healthspan

If you find yourself craving something sweet but you don't want to compromise on eating clean…we’ve got the perfect tasty treat for you to try! A Primeadine-powered chocolate chia pudding with an added dose of our food-derived spermidine supplement to support healthy aging.
 

 

Ingredients:

Vegan / Gluten Free / Paleo

- 2 cups dairy-free milk
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 Primeadine Original capsules (2 Primeadine GF tablets crushed with a pestle and mortar!)

Garnish (optional):

- Chocolate shavings
- Raspberries, (or other fruit)
- Coconut whipped cream

Instructions:

1. Add cacao powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, dairy-free milk, chia seeds, and contents of your Primeadine capsules into a bowl and whisk together until well combined.
2. Rest for 15 minutes without stirring to allow the chia seeds to gel, then whisk the mixture before chilling in the fridge for a minimum of 4 hours.
3. Remove from the fridge and stir before serving and top with your toppings of choice.
