Ingredients:
Gluten free / Paleo / Vegan
- 2 cups of fresh or frozen berries
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 2 bars of dark chocolate
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- Shredded coconut (for topping)
- 1 teaspoon of Primeadine Original powder, 4 capsules of Primeadine Original, or crush 4 tablets of Primeadine GF with a pestle and mortar
Steps:
- Crush the berries with a masher and mix in chia seeds, honey or maple syrup, and Primeadine until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into bite-sized balls on a sheet of parchment paper and freeze for 2-4 hours or until solid.
- Melt the dark chocolate with coconut oil.
