Primeadine GF Longevity Shot Recipe

We’re honored to have been invited to share Primeadine GF Spermidine Longevity Shots at this year’s Grammy week! Here’s how you can celebrate too, while helping keep your body in its prime with a quick, refreshing daily ritual designed to support autophagy.

Bright, invigorating, and refreshing, this is one of our go-to daily resets during busy weeks. As a Grammy Week exclusive, we’re sharing the recipe using Primeadine GF powder. Yes, you read that right, Primeadine GF is launching in powder form later this year, so keep an eye out.

Whether you’re powering through a high-energy week or simply building daily wellness habits, this is an easy (and delicious) way to add longevity to your routine in under a minute.

Ingredients 

  • (1 serving) 60 ml water
  • (¼ cup) 20 ml fresh lemon juice (1 tbsp + 1 tsp)
  • 15 ml ginger juice (1 tbsp)
  • 15 ml apple juice (1 tbsp)
  • 5 ml turmeric (1 tsp)
  • 5 ml raw honey (1 tsp)
  • 250 mg Primeadine GF powder (or ½ a crushed Primeadine GF tablet)

Instructions  

  1. Add the water, lemon juice, ginger juice, apple juice, turmeric, and honey to a small glass.
  2. Stir well until the honey and turmeric are fully dissolved and evenly mixed. 
  3. Add Primeadine GF powder (or ½ a crushed tablet) and stir well again until dissolved.

Lemon juice
