Primeadine® GF is a gluten-free, food-derived spermidine supplement sourced from Okinawa, Japan, one of the world’s longest-living populations. It combines a unique blend of naturally occurring compounds from whole foods, including spermidine-rich, iodine-free chlorella, citrus-derived nobiletin, and turmeric.
Together, these ingredients are designed to support the body’s natural cellular renewal processes, including autophagy, which plays a role in maintaining cellular function over time.

Primeadine® GF contains a blend of whole-food ingredients from Okinawa:
- Okinawan Chlorella (broken cell wall and iodine-free)
- Shikuwasa Citrus Lime Peel
- Turmeric

Suggested use
Dosage:
Take 2 tablets daily with water, with your first or last meal.
Getting started:
Begin with 1 tablet on day one. If well tolerated, increase to the full serving.
Tablets may also be crushed and added to smoothies or food if preferred.

Independently tested for purity: Every batch of Primeadine GF Tablets (Chlorella, Shikuwasa, and Turmeric) is tested by Japan Food Research Laboratories. These results come from Lot No. S32066, sampled 12 June 2026 and issued 2 July 2026 under report No. 26035436001-0101.
Spermidine content: 130 mg per 100g. Putrescine: 63 mg per 100g. Spermine was not detected.
Heavy metals: lead and mercury were not detected. Arsenic came back at 0.2 ppm, above the lab's 0.05 ppm detection limit. Cadmium came back at 0.01 ppm, at the lab's detection limit.
Iron: 24.0 mg per 100g. Vitamin D, Vitamin K, folic acid, pantothenic acid, biotin, and lutein were also tested. [Still needs a manual check against the certificate before publishing, flagged earlier and still unresolved.]
Microbiological safety: aerobic plate count came in at not more than 300 per gram. Escherichia coli, mold, yeast, coagulase-positive staphylococci, and salmonella all tested negative.
Gluten content: tested separately by Delta Labs of South Florida using an ELISA assay, gluten came back below 20 ppm, meeting the threshold for a gluten-free claim under UK and EU food law.
Manufacturer's gluten-free statement: Primeadine GF Tablets are manufactured by Okinawa Ukondo Co., Ltd. at its facility in Ginowan-shi, Okinawa, Japan. The manufacturer has confirmed, in a signed statement dated 9 September 2026, that no gluten-containing ingredients are intentionally added, that the products are made in a gluten-free production area, and that procedures are in place to control and prevent cross-contact with gluten-containing materials. This statement is issued by the manufacturer and does not by itself constitute third-party gluten-free certification.
