You've received your Primeadine®... what now?
Each of our products are slightly different and therefore, have different instructions! We'll start with our best-seller, Primeadine Original, first.
How to Use Primeadine Original
First Time Use:
The first time you take it we recommend working up to the full daily dosage over 3 consecutive days.
Day 1: Take 1 capsule with water at your first or last meal.
Day 2: Take 2 capsules with water at your first or last meal.
Day 3: Take 3 capsules with water at your first or last meal and if well tolerated, continue at this dose.
Dosage:
3 capsules per day, with water at your first or last meal. This either extends the benefits of your overnight fast or kickstarts autophagy (cellular renewal) before bed!
Contraindications:
Contains concentrated wheat germ, so it's unsuitable for those with Celiac disease, wheat allergies, or those on Autoimmune Paleo, Carnivore, or Lectin-free diets. Consult your healthcare provider if unsure.
Primeadine Original contains a prebiotic fiber, which may not be well-tolerated by those with SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth) or that find it difficult to digest legumes. If you experience any digestive discomfort, Primeadine GF might be better suited to you as it doesn't contain this prebiotic.

How to Use Primeadine Original Powder:
Dosage: 1g (approx. 1/2 a level teaspoon) added to any food or drink below 104F (40C), such as smoothies, shakes, and yogurt. Since the powder is very fine (like matcha) you may want to use a matcha whisk to mix it.
Make sure to seal the pouch properly after opening to preserve purity and potency.
Contraindications:
The same as Primeadine Original.

Spermidine Dosage:
The US FDA has not set a safe upper limit for food-derived spermidine, but the European Food Safety Authority considers up to 6 mg safe. Most studies use a daily dose of 1 mg of natural spermidine, along with spermine and putrescine, which are absent in synthetic versions. Synthetic spermidine has not been tested for human safety or efficacy.
That being said, if you don't experience results with our 1 mg dose after 18 weeks, you may experiment with increasing your dose as long as you don't go over the 6 mg limit deemed safe by the European Food Safety Authority.
What Benefits to Look Out For:
Food-derived spermidine promotes a vital cellular "clean-up" and recycling system, called autophagy. Mimicking the longevity benefits of fasting and targeting key aging pathways, it:
- Reduces inflammation, rejuvenates stem cells and mitochondria, and improves telomere length
- Increases keratin production for enhanced hair growth
- Promotes collagen synthesis and wound healing for better skin and nails
- Boosts energy, memory and cognition
- Supports sleep quality, regulates the circadian rhythm, and balances hormonal and gut health

How Long Should I Take It?
Since our natural ability to produce spermidine declines with age, we recommend taking Primeadine® on a consistent, long-term basis.
How to Optimize Your Results:
If you can't tell a difference in the first 6-12 months, this could be due to underlying inflammation or lifestyle choices. As everyone is bio-individual, you might want to experiment with when you take it and increase your dose slightly. To find out how to improve your results, check out this blog post.
