We spent considerable time testing hundreds of chlorella varieties before finding the one we use. The reason most chlorella supplements cannot make meaningful claims about spermidine is simple: not all chlorella is naturally rich in it. Our chlorella is a specific sub-strain selected precisely because of its exceptionally high spermidine content, and every batch is tested to ensure it delivers a consistent, clinically relevant dose. Broken cell wall technology

Chlorella has a notoriously tough outer cell wall that the body struggles to break down, which means that even a good quality product can pass through without its nutrients being properly absorbed. Our chlorella is processed using broken cell wall technology, which unlocks the nutrients inside and makes them genuinely bioavailable. This is not a standard feature of chlorella supplements, and it makes a meaningful difference to what your body can actually use.

Iodine free

Unusually for chlorella, ours contains no iodine. This makes it suitable for people who need to be mindful of their iodine intake, including those with thyroid conditions.

Synergistic botanicals that go beyond chlorella

Primeadine GF is not simply a chlorella supplement. We have added two additional compounds from Okinawan tradition that complement and amplify spermidine's effects: nobiletin from Okinawan citrus lime peel, and curcumin from Okinawan autumn turmeric grown in the island's ancient coral and volcanic soil. Both are potent activators of autophagy, your body's cellular renewal process, working in concert with spermidine rather than simply alongside it.

A note on organic certification

Our chlorella would qualify as organic by any meaningful standard. Our farmers do not use pesticides, herbicides, or synthetic inputs of any kind. However, they are small, artisan growers for whom the cost and administrative burden of annual organic certification is prohibitive. It is also worth noting that Japan does not offer organic certification for chlorella specifically, as it is not grown in soil. Our rigorous independent testing is, in our view, a far more meaningful guarantee of purity than a certification label.
